Delivery terms
The delivery of goods purchased through the online store predpazni.bg is carried out by the courier company "SPEEDY" AD or "ECONT EXPRESS" OOD in one of the following ways:
1. Delivery to a courier office
2. Delivery to an address within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
3. Delivery to an address within the territory of the European Union.
The price of delivery to an address within the territory of Bulgaria is fixed and depends on the delivery method you choose:
-to a courier office – 3.00 euros
-to your address within the territory of the country – 5.40 euros
FREE DELIVERY for orders over 50 euros!
The order of goods worth over 50 euros including VAT is delivered to an office of the courier company "SPEEDI" AD or "ECONT EXPRESS" OOD in Bulgaria at our expense.
The cost of delivery outside the country depends on the location of the delivery address, the selected method of transport and delivery, and is specified in each specific case before confirming the order.
The delivery period in Bulgaria is from 2 to 10 business days, starting from the date of confirmation of the delivery order. Deliveries outside the country are made within 10 to 20 business days.
If the customer has chosen payment by bank transfer, this period begins to run from the date on which the total price of the goods is paid to the merchant's bank account.
The delivery period may be extended during holidays and/or weekends, promotions, discounts, campaigns, etc. The merchant is not responsible for any delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond its control, such as force majeure, delay due to the courier's fault and other objective reasons.
If the product is not available, you will be notified additionally in case an extension of the delivery period is possible.
Deliveries are made within the working hours of the courier companies and are not made on holidays and/or weekends.
